SMS Transaction Notification is an instant notification service that provides immediate information of the transactions mutation of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch customer account, both individual and corporate customer, which is sent to customer’s registered mobile phone number, 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

This service is specially provided to fulfill customer’s necessity of their account’s historical transactions. To utilize this service, kindly registered your mobile phone number at our nearest branch/sub-branches.

*Customer will receive SMS Transaction Notification in Indonesian or English language when registering Indonesia mobile phone number in the SMS Transaction Notification Service Form. Customer will receive SMS Transaction Notification in Chinese language when registering Mainland China mobile phone number in the SMS Transaction Notification Service Form.

Registration Procedure

First step : Customer visit Bank’s nearest branch/sub-branches to register cellular number for SMS Transaction Notification Service at Customer Service.

Second step : Before registration, customer have to read the terms and conditions, and fill in the SMS Transaction Notification Service Application Form according to customer’s segment.

Third step : Customer Service will assist customer to do the registration. After the registration procedure is finished, customer will receive SMS as confirmation that the SMS Transaction Notification Service registration is successful.
