Motor Vehicle Insurance is an insurance product that provides protection for the damage and/or loss of the Insured’s Motor Vehicle with Comprehensive or Total Loss Only coverage.

Comprehensive covers partial and total losses resulting from covered risks (including theft).

Total Loss Only covers a total loss from damage exceeding 75% resulting from covered risks (including theft).

1. Primary Coverage

• Loss and/or damage to Motor Vehicle and/or interest insured directly caused by:  
• Collision, impact, overturning, skidding or going off the road
• Malicious act
• Theft
• Fire

2. Third Party Legal Liability

Cover the Insured's legal liability for losses suffered by Third party which is followed by a claim against the Insured.

• Have an active account at Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch (“Bank”)
• Premium payment term : Single Payment
• Currency : IDR/USD/CNY
• As well as other terms and conditions stipulated by CTII

Motor Vehicle Insurance is an insurance product issued by CTII.

Motor Vehicle Insurance is not a product of Bank, which means Motor Vehicle Insurance product is not guaranteed by Bank and not included in government guarantee program or Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation scope.

Bank only act as the referrer of Motor Vehicle Insurance product, not a representative officer of CTII.

Bank do not take any responsibility of Motor Vehicle Insurance product. All claims and risks arise from Motor Vehicle Insurance product management is a sole responsibility of CTII.

Motor Vehicle Insurance product has been reported and obtained an approval from Financial Services Authority ("OJK") in accordance with applicable laws.

Motor Vehicle Insurance product is marketed by CTII Insurance Representatives which has been licensed supervised by OJK or general insurance association appointed by OJK.
