Announcement on Temporary Suspension of E-Banking Service during System Upgrade (11 - 12 September 2021)

Dear customers,

To provide better financial products and services, we will upgrade our systems. During the period of upgrade, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Service will be suspended on 11 September 2021 at 20:00 (Jakarta Time), and back to normal on 12 September 2021 at 06:00 (Jakarta Time).

We will make efforts to shorten the suspension. If the suspension is shorter than that mentioned above, we will provide Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Service as usual and all related transactions will be valid.

We apologize for any inconvenience arising from the system upgrade. For any questions or help, please contact our nearest sub-branch.
