Announcement on Temporary Suspension of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch during System Upgrade (20-21 November 2021)

Dear customers,

To provide better financial products and services, we will upgrade our systems. During the period of upgrade, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Debit Card and Customer Service Hotline (Self-Service).  Banking Service will be suspended with the following time details:

  • Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Service will be suspended on 20 November 2021 at 22:45 (Jakarta Time), and back to normal on 21 November 2021 at 08:00 (Jakarta Time);
  • Debit Card service and Customer Service Hotline (Self Service) will be suspended on 21 November 2021 at 01:00 (Jakarta Time), and back to normal on 21 November 2021 at 08:00 (Jakarta Time).

We will make efforts to shorten the suspension. If the suspension is shorter than that mentioned above, we will provide Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Debit Card, and Customer Service Hotline (Self-Service). Service as usual and all related transactions will be valid.
