Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch’s Notification of Branch Service Adjustments

Dear Valued Customers:

In order to provide better service and support pandemic prevention efforts, effective from May 17th.2021 onwards or until further notice of change, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch would like to announce the adjustments of our branch offices and operational service hours, detail as follows:

1. Tamara Center Branch, The East Sub-Branch, CBD Pluit Sub-Branch, Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) Sub-Branch, Medan Sub-Branch and Surabaya Sub-Branch will be operate with service hours from Monday to Friday at 09:30 - 14:00 WIB (not include public holidays). Please make your reservation before visit Our Branch. To get the queue number and service time at the counter, customers can make a reservation via telephone during above operational hours;

2. Kelapa Gading Sub-Branch, Melawai Sub-Branch and Mangga Dua Sub-Branch continued to closed temporary;

3. For your health and safety, all customers must wear masks and only customers with normal body temperature allowed to enter our banking hall;

4. In order to reduce the risk of Covid-19 infection, please use the online banking service (www.bankofchina.co.id).
