In order to provide better service and support pandemic prevention efforts, Effective form September 13th 2021 onwards or until further notice of change, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch would like to announce the adjustments of our branch offices and operational service hours, detail as follows:

  1. Tamara Center Branch , The East Sub Branch, CBD Pluit Sub Branch, Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) Sub branch, Melawai Sub branch, Medan Sub branch and Surabaya Sub branch will be operate with service hours from Monday to Friday at 09:30 - 14:00 WIB (Not Included public holidays), Please make your reservation before visit Our Branch. To get the queue number and service time at the counter, customers can make a reservation via telephone during above operational hours;

  2. Kelapa Gading Sub branch and Mangga Dua Sub Branch continued to be closed temporarily;

  3. For your health and safety, all customers must wear masks and only customers with normal body temperature allowed to enter our banking hall;

  4. In order to reduce the risk of covid-19 infection, please use the online banking service (www.bankofchina.co.id).
