Announcement on Temporary Suspension of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch during System Upgrade (19 - 20 Nov 2022)

Dear customers,

To provide better financial products and services, we will upgrade our systems from November 19 to November 20. During the period of upgrade, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Customer Service Hotline (Self Service), and Debit Card Services will be suspended as the following table:

We will make efforts to shorten the suspension. If the suspension is shorter than that mentioned above, we will provide Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Customer Service Hotline (Self Service), and Debit Card Service as usual and all related transactions will be valid.
