Announcement on Temporary Suspension of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch during System Upgrade (24 - 25 Sep 2022)

Dear customers,

To provide better financial products and services, we will upgrade our systems from September 24th to September 25th. During the period of upgrade, Customer Service Hotline (Self Service), Internet Banking and Mobile Banking will be suspended as the following table:

We will make efforts to shorten the suspension. If the suspension is shorter than that mentioned above, we will provide Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and Customer Service Hotline (Self-Service) as usual and all related transactions will be valid.
