Announcement on Temporary Suspension of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch during System Upgrade (28 - 29 May 2022)

Dear customers,

To provide better financial products and services, we will upgrade our systems. During the period of upgrade, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Customer Service Hotline (Self-Service) will be suspended as the following time:

  • Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Service will be suspended on 28 May 2022 at 22:45 (Jakarta Time), and back to normal on 29 May 2022 at 05:30 (Jakarta Time);
  • Customer Service Hotline (Self Service) will be suspended on 29 May 2022 at 01:00 (Jakarta Time), and back to normal on at 05:00 (Jakarta Time);

We will make efforts to shorten the suspension. If the suspension is shorter than that mentioned above, we will provide Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Customer Service Hotline (Self-Service) as usual and all related transactions will be valid.
