Announcement on Temporary Suspension of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch during System Upgrade (30 April - 01 May 2022)

Dear customers,

To provide better financial products and services, we will upgrade our systems. During the period of upgrade, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Debit Card and Customer Service Hotline (Self-Service) will be suspended as the following time:

  • Internet Banking and Mobile Banking Service will be suspended on 30 April 2022 at 22:45 (Jakarta Time), and back to normal on 1 May 2022 at 07:00 (Jakarta Time);
  • Customer Service Hotline (Self Service) will be suspended on 30 April 2022 at 23:00 (Jakarta Time), and back to normal on 1 May 2022 at 07:00 (Jakarta Time);
  • Debit Card Service will be suspended on 1 May 2022 at 01:00 (Jakarta Time), and back to normal on 1 May 2022 at 05:00 (Jakarta Time).

We will make efforts to shorten the suspension. If the suspension is shorter than that mentioned above, we will provide Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Debit Card, and Customer Service Hotline (Self-Service) as usual and all related transactions will be valid.
