Announcement on Temporary Suspension of BI-FAST Service during System Upgrade (18 Nov 2023)
Dear customers,
To provide better financial products and services, we will upgrade our systems on November 18th 2023. During the period of upgrade, BI-FAST Service will be suspended from 00:00 to 09:30 Jakarta Time.
We will make efforts to shorten the suspension. If the suspension is shorter than that period mentioned above, we will provide BI-FAST Service as usual and all related transactions will be valid.
We apologize for any inconvenience arising from the system upgrade. For any questions or help, please contact our nearest sub-branch.
