Announcement of E-Statement Facility

Dear our valued Customer,

To improve our service quality, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch (“Bank”) now has an E-Statement facility for your Savings & Current Account.

E- Statement is customer account transaction reports sent to the customer’s email address registered with the Bank.

For every new account opening at the Bank, customers are required to use E-Statement which will be sent to the registered email address at the Bank. For existing Customer who are still using passbook and wanting to use the service of E-Statement may visit our nearest Sub-Branches for the e-statement registration.
