Changes to the delivery mechanism of Account Statement to E-Statement

Dear Valued Customer,

To provide better banking services to the customers of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch (“Bank”), and also supporting Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) programs, Bank hereby inform that commencing from 1 January 2026, Bank will no longer print account statement to customers.

Related with the above matters, customers can register for E-Statement at the Bank nearest sub branch offices at the latest on 31 December 2025. The customers can access E-Statement via email and/or BOCNet according to the customers selection when registering E-Statement.
