Announcement Refund of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch's Debit Card Transaction 

Dear valued customers,

Effective as of 19 June 2024, Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch (“Bank”) will process the refund manually based on the amount received from the Principal (ATM Bersama, Prima or UnionPay) to the relevant customer’s account.

In relation to the dual currency UnionPay debit card, if the transaction made by customer outside Mainland of China in CNY, however the refund amount that Bank received from Principal is in IDR, the refund will be processed to customer’s IDR account which is linked to UnionPay debit card and vice versa.
