Announcement on Temporary System Maintenance of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch’s Services (August 11^th, 2024)

Dear customers,

To provide better financial products and services, we will be conducting system maintenance from August 11th, 2024. During the period of maintenance, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Debit Card will not be available as the following schedule(s):

Service type	Period of maintenance (Jakarta time)
Personal Internet Banking, Personal Mobile Banking	01:00 – 03:00 (August 11^th,2024)
Corporate Internet Banking	08:00 – 09:30 (August 11^th,2024)
Debit Card	01:00 – 02:00 (August 11^th,2024)

We will make efforts to shorten the maintenance. If the maintenance is shorter than the time period mentioned above, all aforementioned services will be available again.
