Please be advised if your electronic device (such as a mobile phone, laptop, or desktop computer) language setting is in Mandarin, you will not receive the OTP. To ensure the OTP successful delivery to your registered Indonesian mobile phone operator in the Bank, kindly change your device’s language setting to English or other language before requesting the OTP for your e-commerce transaction.
