Announcement Regarding Foreign Exchange Transactions Against Rupiah and Underlying Document Requirements for Fund Transfers in Foreign Currency

Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch (“Bank”) hereby informs that in accordance with the provisions of the Members of the Board of Governors Regulation Number 7 of 2026 regarding the Amendment to the Members of the Board of Governors Regulation Number 11 of 2024 concerning Foreign Exchange Market Transactions and the provisions of the Members of the Board of Governors Regulation Number 8 of 2026 regarding the Third Amendment to Board of Governors Regulation Number 21/28/PADG/2019 on the Monitoring of Foreign Exchange Traffic Activities of Banks and Customers, the Bank will implement new provisions regarding foreign exchange transactions against Rupiah and underlying document requirements for outgoing fund transfers in foreign currency as follows:
