Airport Lounge Access for Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch UnionPay VIP and WM Debit Cardholders

Airport Lounge is a facility that is provided for Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch UnionPay VIP and WM Debit Cardholders. Cardholders are able to enjoy access to airport lounge located at Soekarno Hatta International Airport and international airport lounge at other countries provided by Plaza Premium Group.

Term and Conditions :

1. Program period : 1^st February 2024 – 1^st February 2025.
2. Valid only for Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch UnionPay VIP and WM Cardholders.
3. Customers have to utilize UnionPay VIP and WM debit card for additional payment (if necessary).
4. The Airport Lounge provided are :
   1. PT. Global Buana Premium (Saphire Plaza Premium)
      • Saphire Plaza Premium Lounge Terminal 3 International (Gate 5) Soekarno Hatta Airport.
      • Plaza Premium Lounge Terminal 3 International (Gate 7) Soekarno Hatta Airport
   2. Plaza Premium Group (overseas)
      • Plaza Premium Lounge located overseas (please refer to this link for the list of cooperated lounge)
5. The access quota for the cardholders are 5 access per year at Plaza Premium Lounge*

   *This is a combination of Airport Lounges provided by both PT Global Buana Premium and Plaza Premium Group. Card holder can bring additional 1 (one) guest that will utilize their annual access quota, with maximum of 2 (two) access per entry

6. Additional access in a single trip will be charged directly to the Cardholder’s Account based on the price below :

7. For lounge provided by Plaza Premium Lounge, the price for :
   1. Children aged between 3-11 years old travelling with accompanying Cardholder shall be entitled to 20% off the lounge public rate and the payment shall be settled by Cardholder on the spot.
   2. Accompanying guest and cardholders who have exceeded their quota shall be offered 20% discount off from lounge public rate.
8. By using the executive lounge facility, the Card Holder agrees to continually indemnify and hold harmless Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch (and its officers, directors, employees and agents) by paying all losses, liabilities, damages, settlements, expenses and costs (including attorneys’ fees and court costs which arise out of or relate to:
   1. any loss of, theft of, and damage to any property or valuable of the Card Holder in the Lounge (provided that such loss, theft or damage is or was not caused by the gross negligence of Company and/or its employees, agents or subcontractors);
   2. cancelled, delayed, rescheduled or missed flights, owing to the User’s stay at the Lounge; and
   3. illness, personal injury or death of any Users in the Lounge (provided that such illness, personal injury or death is or was not caused by the gross negligence of Company and/or its employees, agents or subcontractors).
9. If there is mistranslation between Indonesian, Mandarin and English version, the Indonesian version will prevail.
