Account Management

Through this function, customers can check account-related information. Customers can check balances and transaction details anytime and anywhere, including deposit account details and current account services. In addition, Customers can also check all SWIFT transaction status.

1. Current Balance Inquiry: This menu is used to check the current balance of all your corporate accounts that have been registered to the Corporate BOCNET service.
2. Same-Day Transaction Inquiry: Users can view detailed information on the latest transactions of all your corporate accounts that have been registered with the Corporate BOCNET service, as well as the total assets of all accounts. Transaction details can be downloaded in CSV format.
3. Historical Balance Inquiry: Through this function, users can check the daily balance history of accounts that have been registered with the Corporate BOCNET service within the last 1 (one) year, and can summarize and download the results of checks.
4. Historical Transaction Inquiry: Through this function, the Customer can check the detailed history of account transactions that have been registered with the Corporate BOCNET service for the last 1 (one) year, and can summarize and download the checking results.
5. Term Deposit Details Inquiry: This function is used to check the details of the time deposit account that has not been disbursed by the Customer, including the list of customer deposits extension from the first to the latest.
6. Account Statement Service: This menu is used to view and download all current accounts within the last 3 (three) years since you activated the BOCNET service.
7. Download Transaction: If you download transaction details in Bulk Download, the system will automatically redirect the Customer to this page to download the file.
8. SWIFT Remittance Inquiry: This function is used to check all SWIFT transaction status.

The service is applicable to all BOCNET customers.

Every Personal BOCNET customers can access this function.

This function provides the customer 7*24 hours service.

Nasabah dapat mengecek informasi riwayat saldo dan detail transaksi untuk kurun waktu 1 (satu) tahun terakhir dengan rentang waktu setiap pengecekan tidak lebih dari 3 (tiga) bulan.
