Customers can make various personalizations according to actual needs. This menu has 3 sub-menus: “Welcome Information”, “Change Password” dan “Payee Management”.

1. Welcome Information: This function enables user to set their own personalized login welcome information, can be used to help identify fake online banking system, so as to better ensure the safety of customer funds. 
2. Change Password: Through this menu, users can change their internet banking login password at any time. Users are advised to periodically change passwords for internet banking account security.
3. Payee Management: The Payee Management menu has 2 sub-menus: "Add New Payee" and "Payee Inquiry", which functions to add, modify or delete recipient data and avoid duplication of recipient data for smooth transactions.

The service is applicable to all BOCNET customers.
