E-Token is an electronic device that has a battery embedded in it and is equipped with a screen on the front. According to a special algorithm, this device at every certain period of time will automatically update its dynamic passcode. This technology is also known as the One-Time-Password (OTP) system, which is a  verification of a user's identity that is dynamic or changing, the passcode becomes invalid after being used once, the next passcode is a completely different new one. E-Token has been widely used in the field of security authentication as an important two-factor authentication tool. E-Token can increase login security and internet banking transactions.

The advantages of E-Token are mainly reflected in safety and convenience. A passcode is only used once in the authentication process, another passcode will be used for the next authentication, making it difficult for criminals to imitate the identity of legitimate users. The use of E-Token is very simple, no need to install drivers, no need to connect to computer equipment. The customer does not need to memorize the passcode, just input the dynamic passcode which currently displayed on the E-Token device screen according to the prompt of the internet banking system.

1. The 6-digit E-Token code automatically updated every 60 seconds.
2. The E-Token is the pass for internet banking transactions. Please keep it properly and do not show it to others or use it for others. If the customer loses it accidentally, please bring the valid ID card and a bank card/passbook which linked with BOCNET to the counter to report the loss of E-Token.
3. When using E-Token for log in or transaction authentication, if the customer inputs the wrong E-Token code 10 times continuously (accumulated in a one day or more days), the E-Token will be automatically locked by the system. And the customer needs to come to the counter with a valid ID card and E-Token. If represented by someone else, the customer must provide a power of attorney to that person in order to process the release of a locked E-Token.
4. This E-Token is designed to be waterproof. Please avoid the E-Token from serious impact, heavy pressure, or falling.
5. Please do not try to disassemble the E-Token by yourself. If the customer has problems using it, please contact the nearest branch.
