Global Service

Through the Global Service function, the customer can do an integrated inquiry management on the accounts that the customers have opened and linked to BOCNET at BOC branches all over the world, include doing account balance and transaction details inquiry.

1. Open Global Service: After the customer register BOCNET, the Global Service is not automatically activated. The customer could open this Global Service through this function. First, the customer needs to read the "Bank of China Limited Personal Global Account Management Service Agreement". After accepting the agreement, the customer has to create the Global Account Name, and then click "Activate". At this time, the page will display the Global Account Name and Global Account No., please record it.
2. Request to Join: After the customer have successfully opened Global Service in BOCNET, then the customer could log in to other BOCNET accounts, either registered in Mainland China or other overseas branches, by clicking "Request to Join", and enter Global Account No. and Global Account Name to join. After that, the customer needs to log back into our branch’s BOCNET account to approve the related request in "Global Account Management" menu.
3. Link Accounts: If the customer have opened the Global Service function, the customer could link all or part of the accounts that have joined the Global Service. Then the customer can query the account balance and transaction details of all associated accounts through Global Service function.
4. Close Global Service: If the customer no longer wish to use Global Service, the customer can close the service through this menu.
5. Global Account Management: The customer can check the account balance and transaction details of all accounts that have been linked to the Global Service, and approve the application of other accounts for joining Global Service.

• The customer can inquire transaction details within one year, and each query date range cannot exceed 3 months.
• Due to the time difference around the world, when the customer inquire the transaction details of an account, BOCNET will display the inquiry results according to the time of the account opening bank.
