My Accounts

Description

Through “My Account” menu, the customer can inquire all of information about the accounts (saving account, current account, time deposit account) that has been linked to BOCNET. It includes account balance inquiry, transaction details inquiry, time deposit account details and also asset summary report. In addition, through this function, the customer can download account statement, transaction details, and inquire SWIFT remittance transaction status.

Functions

  1. Accounts Overview: This function displays the information of all accounts (including Account Number, Account Alias, Type, Currency, Available Balance and Account Balance) that the customer has been linked to BOCNET, and also displays an Asset Summary Report.
  2. Transaction Details: The customer can inquire the transaction details of linked accounts (except Time Deposit Account) within one year, and download the query results of current or historical transaction details in CSV format. The download result can be opened in Excel format.
  3. Term Deposit Account Details: The customer can inquire the detailed information and balance of Time Deposit (undrawn) which opened through the counter or Internet Banking.
  4. Account Management: The customer can modify Account Alias, cancel account(s) that have been linked to BOCNET, and link other account(s) that has not been linked to BOCNET.
  5. Account Statement Service: The customer can view or download the monthly electronic statement of the current account. The customer can inquire the statement records within three years, but each query date range cannot exceed one year.
  6. Download Transaction: If the customer downloads the transaction details in Batch Download, the system will automatically direct the customer to download the file from this page.
  7. SWIFT Remittance Inquiry: This function allows the customer to view the status of all SWIFT transactions.

The service is applicable to all BOCNET customers.

Service Time

Personal BOCNET is available to the customer 7 * 24 hours a day.

Tips

The customer can inquire the historical transaction details for three consecutive months in a year.
