The customer can modify BOCNET password at any time through this function. Regularly changing the password can ensure the security of customer’s account fund and make internet banking transactions more reliable.

1. Change Password: For the customer to modify user log in password online.
2. Service Record: All transactions the customer operate in BOCNET will be recorded in this function, such as: log in or log out information, transfer and remittance, term deposit placement or transfer, global service, transaction settings.

This function provides the customer 7*24 hours service.

In order to improve the security of the password, please try to avoid using easy-to-guess password combinations, and regularly modify the password as an effective way to prevent password leakage.
