The Arrangement for Entrusting Bank of China to Continue Releasing Information on its Website

As of January 29, 2018, Bank of China Limited (Bank of China) has transferred the business of branches/subsidiaries in six countries including Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Cambodia, Philippines and Vietnam to Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited (BOCHK). In order to promote the regional integration plan and to ensure the continuity and smoothness of the external website services in the above-mentioned six branches/subsidiaries, BOCHK is currently making every effort to finish the development and construction of the new website. Before the new website is ready, BOCHK has entrusted Bank of China to use its website（www.bankofchina.com, www.boc.cn） as a channel for publishing all the relevant information for and on behalf of the Southeast Asia branches/subsidiaries.
