Want to make transaction but forgot your BOC Mobile login password?

Now you can directly change your BOC Mobile login password by following the steps below:

1. Open BOC Mobile App

2. Click Forgot Password

3. Complete the following information:

                - Enter KTP / Passport number

                - Enter BOC Debit Card number

                - Enter BOC Debit Card PIN

                - Enter the CAPTCHA Code shown on the screen, then click Next

4. Create your new password, then click Submit

5. Insert your 6-digits E-Token Code, then click OK

6. You have successfully changed your BOC Mobile login password

Please keep your password safe. Do not share your password to others, including our Bank Staff.
