For first time user, kindly visit any of our branch near you and bring your valid identification documents to sign up for BOC Mobile.

1. Open BOC Mobile, and enter your initial User ID and Password given by the bank.
2. Select “Activate Device Binding” and “Activate Face ID or Fingerprint”
3. Input 6 digit E-Token code.
4. First time login, system will ask you to change initial User ID and Password to the new one for security purposes.
