Announcement regarding the Adjustment of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch’s UnionPay Debit Card Transaction Fee at Bank of China ATM in China
Dear Valued Customers,
Effective starting from 10 December 2023, all transactions at Bank of China ATM in China will be processed through UnionPay Network. Due to that, the scheme for Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Jakarta Branch’s UnionPay Debit Card cash withdrawal transaction fee will be adjusted as follow:

In order to minimize the impact on you and facilitate your cash withdrawal transaction in China, our Bank will provide the following measures and suggestions:
- Payroll customers can handle the "Xin hui da" business through our bank's counter, which provides a direct remittance service for RMB salaries. For payroll customers, they can enjoy a preferential rate of US$4 per transaction;
- Customers can utilize Mobile Banking to conduct balance inquiries to avoid inquiry fees.
