关于6月27-28日系统升级期间暂停电子银行服务的公告

尊敬的客户:

为给您提供更加丰富和优质的金融产品及服务,我行将于2015年6月27日至6月28日进行系统升级。届时,网上银行、电话银行及客户服务热线(自助服务)将暂停服务,具体服务暂停时间如下:

  •  网上银行服务将于2015年6月27日23:00停止,于至28日06:00恢复正常;
  • 客户服务热线(自助服务)将于2015年6月27日22:45停止,于28日05:30恢复正常。

我行将努力缩短因银行系统升级而暂停服务的时间,在上述公告停业时间内,如实际停业时间缩短,我行将正常处理客户提交的网上银行、电话银行交易,相关交易均为有效交易。对系统升级给您带来的不便,敬请谅解。如有任何问题或需任何帮助,敬请亲临我行营业网点。

Announcement on Suspension of E-banking Services during System Update

Dear customers,

To provide better financial products and services, we will update the systems between June 27th and 28th, 2015 (WIB time). During the time of update, the Online Banking and Customer Service Hotline services provided by us will be suspended, the detail time as below:

  • Online Banking Service will be suspended on 27 June 2015 at 23:00, and back normal on 28 June 2015 at 06:00
  • Customer Service Hotline (Self-Service) will be suspended on 27 June 2015 at 22:45, and back normal on 28 June 2015 at 05:30   

We will make efforts to shorten the suspension. If the suspension is shorter than that mentioned above, we will provide Online Banking and Customer Service Hotline services as usual and all related transactions will be valid. We apologize for any inconvenience arising from the system upgrade. For any questions or help, please contact or visit our nearest branches/ sub-branches office.
